How to become a client

  1. Let’s talk. Get in touch (using the form at the bottom of this page) and we’ll schedule a 30 minute phone call where we can find out more about your current situation and investment goals, and you can find out more about us.

  2. Book a 3 hour tour with us in Liverpool (optional but strongly recommended!). We think it’s very important that our clients understand Liverpool and Anfield before they start investing in the area, so we invite you to join us on a private 3-hour tour which with the following schedule;

    1. Meet for breakfast or lunch in Anfield (depending if you book a morning or afternoon tour) where we can find out more about your history and property investment goals, and you can find out more about our company and how we can help you. We’ll also tell you more about the property statistics behind Anfield and why we think it’s one of the best places to invest in the UK in 2023.

    2. Tour - we’ll take you on a drive around the area and show you some of our own houses (we own 20 houses in Anfield and manage many more for other investors), and view any refurb projects we currently have underway.

    3. Viewings - we’ll arrange to view 1 or 2 houses which are on the market so you can get a feel for what’s available in the area.

    4. Coffee (or your beverage of choice!) - following the viewing(s) we’ll sit down over coffee to run through exactly what the numbers would look like if you were to invest in that particular property, so you can really understand the returns you can achieve investing in Anfield.

    5. Head home! By this point we know you’ll leave us well informed and inspired about what Anfield has to offer.

      The tour costs £199+ VAT, which we will subtract from our sourcing fee for the first property that you decide to source through us! Don’t worry, there’ll be no pressure to use us for sourcing following the tour - if a tour is all you are after, we know you’ll leave us more educated and ready to invest in Liverpool (and Anfield!).

      Although we recommend a tour, if you’re ready to invest already and would prefer us to source for you straight away, we will charge a £199+ VAT fee to put you on our books, which will be subtracted from our sourcing fee for the first property we source for you.

  3. Request us to source for you! Following the tour, we will know a lot about each other and if we decide to work together, we will request you to provide us with proof of ID (copy of passport/drivers license), proof of address (copy of utility bill), and proof of funds (e.g. bank statement) (we are required to do this as per money laundering regulations), then we will start searching for properties that fit your requirements. Our fees are;

    1. Sourcing fee: 3.5% of the agreed purchase price +VAT (minimum £2000+VAT) (remember, the cost of the tour will be deducted from our sourcing fee for the first property we source for you).

    2. Project management fee: 20% of the refurbishment cost (minimum £500+VAT) - if the property needs any renovation work to get it to a rentable condition, we will arrange and manage this.

    3. Full property management: 10%+VAT
